- IMG Worldwide bought Catalyst Public Relations, a strong consumer and entertainment NY headquartered pr agency.
- Dentsu Holdings USA acquired public relations agency Mitchell Communications Group of Fayetteville, Ark – Mitchell employs over 75 people.
